There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Once our product packing process finish and we start shipping your orders we will provide you a unique tracking number by email on the email id you used when buying products. Once you receive the tracking number you can check shipment progress on our tracking order page.
If in Certain cases we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company insured fully on the packages and any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.
The courier service actually depends on our fulfilment center. Without a strong business establishment with the courier service we are unable to obtain cheaper rates thus in terms of speed we would lose to global marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay and others.
However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package
We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you place an order with us for multiple items ( x3 and up ) it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
Prices revealed on your packages might be different from what you ordered but please do not worry, the product is the one which display on our website and we guarentee it is the best quality! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to write extremely low prices on shipping slip or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

Though we highly encourage you double check product sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We start processing orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at email@example.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. But if you receive any wrong items due to our fulfilment center mistake we will ship the original order items as quick as possible.
I’m afraid as of now our operations are only limited to Credit/Debit Card Charges. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated. In the future we may be able to accept cash upon delivery though. If you do not have any of the payment methods as stated perhaps you could get someone to help you with the payment first :)
